be 999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1%, and Platinum 1.5%.

Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss. For example, a Gold-tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. be 999 promotes members to higher VIP tiers in recognition of increased betting activity.

Cashback is generally added to the account each week and has its own wagering conditions. be 999 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7Gaming Rules and Fair Play

7.1 Game Outcomes
